Job Description

• Manage IT procurement activities, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for IT projects within the public sector.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet project requirements.
• Negotiate supplier contracts to achieve cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and outcomes.
• Support the Procurement & Supply Chain team in achieving departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project IT Interim Sourcing Manager should have:

• Experience in IT procurement within the public sector.
• A strong understanding of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
