Interim HR Transformation Leader - SAP Hire-to-Retire

Premier Foods is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Lead on an interim basis to guide the discovery and planning phase of a SAP-enabled Hire-to-Retire transformation. You will shape the future of our colleague experience across HR processes, data and systems.

Working with business leaders and external advisers, you will define a value-led roadmap, align SAP best practice with our processes, and establish governance, success measures and a compelling business case to mobilise the programme.
