Interim HR Transformation Lead - SAP H2R Roadmap

Premier Foods is seeking an HR Transformation Lead on an interim basis to shape the future of our HR processes during the discovery and planning phase of a SAP-enabled Hire-to-Retire transformation. You will align HR priorities with SAP capabilities, define the future-state operating model, and develop a value-led roadmap with executable mobilisation plans.

Working with senior stakeholders and external consultants, you will drive validation of findings, manage governance, and ensure
