Interim HR Project partner

As the EMEA HR Project Manager, you'll lead critical HR transformation initiatives across the region. You'll drive strategic projects in digital HR systems implementation, organisational design, and global HR harmonisation-ensuring they align the company's global HR priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and deliver large-scale HR projects (e.g., HRIS roll-outs, org restructuring, policy harmonisation).

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with regional HR teams and global centres to ensure transparent communication and alignment.

Change Management: Design and roll out change initiatives, including communication, training, and adoption tracking.

Governance & Reporting: Define KPIs; monitor project progress; prepare regular updates for senior leadership.

Continuous Improvement: Analyse outcomes, gather feedback, and iterate on process improvements.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure projects comply with local labour laws and global HR policies; conduct risk assessments proactively.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Experience: 5+ years managing HR projects, preferably in a global, matrix environment.

Skills:

o Proven expertise in HRIS rollouts or organisational transformations.

o Strong stakeholder management: diplomacy, influence, cross-cultural sensitivity.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
