Interim HR Advisor - Maternity Cover (3 days/week)

Ashley Kate HR is seeking an interim HR Advisor based in Harrogate to cover maternity leave. You will provide proactive HR services across the full employee lifecycle while working 3 days a week in the office.

This role entails advising managers on employee relations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and collaborating with the Learning and Development team. Candidates should ideally have previous HR Advisor experience and strong employment law knowledge.

The desired start date is at the end of June or early July, and applications from all qualified individuals are encouraged.
