Interim Head of SHE & Risk Governance

Fusion Energy Base is seeking an Interim Head of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) based in Culham, Oxfordshire. This role, on a 12-month fixed-term basis, involves leading the SHE strategy and fostering a proactive culture of safety and health across the organization.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, oversee SHE reporting, and manage the SHE team. A degree and NEBOSH Diploma are essential for this position, along with experience in health and safety management systems.
