Panoramic is supporting a school in Essex who require an interim Head of School to join them ASAP until the end of the academic year.

As interim Head of School, you will provide strategic and operational leadership at the School, working closely with the Executive Head. The role involves shaping the school's vision, securing high-quality teaching and learning, and driving continuous school improvement.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing staff
• Managing performance
• Overseeing resources and budgets
• Ensuring safeguarding
• Maintaining strong accountability systems

Paid on a day rate inside IR35.
