Job Description

• Drive and oversee high impact engineering, technology, and design programmes, ensuring robust delivery in a regulated environment.
• Shape and execute strategies that elevate manufacturing capability, efficiency, and technical performance.
• Maintain full compliance with sector specific standards, regulations, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with cross functional teams to push innovation, solve complex problems, and improve operational outcomes.
• Provide clear leadership and technical direction to a skilled engineering team.

• Own project performance - delivering on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Engineering Technology and Design should have:

• Strong engineering/manufacturing background in aerospace, nuclear, defence, or similar regulated sectors.
• Proven experience leading complex engineering projects.
