Job Description

• Manage and oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, supporting key decision-making processes.
• Coordinate and lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the organisation.
• Ensure the implementation and maintenance of effective financial controls and policies.
• Support the preparation and presentation of financial statements to internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee cash flow management and working capital requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and systems.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Group Financial Controller should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams effectively.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools relevant to the role.
