Description
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support organisational objectives.
- Manage a team of 3.
- Support and execute the audit.
- Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment with strategic goals.
- Support the preparation of board reports and presentations.
- Identify risks and opportunities within financial plans and propose solutions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance function.
Profile
A successful Interim FP&A role should have:
- Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working within the Not For Profit sector is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary between £70,000 and £75,000.
- 1 day per week in the office in Stratford.
