Description

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support organisational objectives.
• Manage a team of 3.
• Support and execute the audit.
• Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment with strategic goals.
• Support the preparation of board reports and presentations.
• Identify risks and opportunities within financial plans and propose solutions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Contribute to process improvements within the finance function.

Profile

A successful Interim FP&A role should have:

• Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience working within the Not For Profit sector is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.

Job Offer
