Interim Financial Planning Analyst - Investment

My client, a dynamic and growing developer in London, is seeking an Interim Financial Planning Analyst - Investment to support for an initial 6-month period. The postholder will join the organisation during a key phase of development delivery and will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial rigour across major projects as well as supporting broader investment decision making.
Responsibilities- Supporting the development team with financial appraisals and sensitivity analysis for new investment opportunities
- Producing viability reports and tracking the financial performance of live schemes against initial assumptions
- Developing and updating the Group's financial model and long-term business plan
- Supporting with group cash flow forecasting and capital funding arrangements
- Managing reporting requirements linked to funder covenants and loan agreements
- Providing insight to ensure value for money across the scheme lifecycle
- Collaborating with finance and operational teams to ensure systems and reporting evolve with the business
- Fully qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent, or nearing qualification)
- Strong experience in financial planning, investment modelling or development appraisal
- Confident user of financial models in Excel (including sensitivity analysis and scenario testing, three statement modelling)
- Understanding of housing development or real estate finance, or other capital-intensive environments such as infrastructure
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and producing reporting for senior leaders and funders
