Job Description

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial planning processes.
• Provide support for strategic decision-making with detailed financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
• Lead and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business operations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Financial Controller should have:

• Strong experience in financial management within the FMCG industry.
• Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
