Description

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee the month-end close process and produce accurate reports for management review.
• Support financial planning and forecasting activities.
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing required documentation and explanations.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax and financial regulations.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making within the business.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and controls.

Profile

A successful Interim Financial Accountant should have:

• A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of relevant standards.
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
• The ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.

Job Offer

• Daily rate of GBP 270.0 to GBP 330.0, depending on experience.
