Interim Finance Director

An international luxury brand is seeking an experienced interim Finance Director on an immediate basis to lead the finance function. They are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong operational mindset who understands the retail sector well. You will manage a small team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the CEO and senior stakeholders to support strategy.
• Ensure the accuracy of internal financial reporting.
• Prepare statutory financial statements.
• Manage the audit process.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Drive the improvement of systems and processes.

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• A background in retail/consumer led industries.
• PE-backed experience is highly beneficial, especially with SME businesses.
• Experienced in optimising systems and processes
