Job Description

Our client is a fast-scaling, tech-driven organisation at a critical juncture in its financial transformation journey. With robust growth and ambitious plans, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Interim Finance Director to take ownership of a critical finance systems project.

The Role

This interim role will lead the optimisation of Sage Intacct, embedding it as the backbone of financial insight, control, and decision-making. You'll take a hands-on approach to the process improvement of Sage Intacct, redesigning chart of accounts, restructuring financial reporting, enabling automation, and rolling out enhanced dashboards and dimensional reporting. Working across the business, you'll engage with finance, operations, IT, and external partners to ensure the system is being used in a joined-up, value-adding way.

The Person

You will be a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a demonstrable track record of working with Sage Intacct. With deep functional knowledge of finance systems and a hands-on leadership style, you'll be adept at translating operational complexity into streamlined, scalable finance solutions.

Your ability to navigate a high-growth, fast-paced setting while building trust across operational, technical, and board level stakeholders will be critical to success. A proactive, results-driven mindset and immediate availability are essential.
