Interim Estates Surveyor, 6-month contract, Day rate up to £400 per day, in-scope of IR35

We're pleased to be partnering with an organisation in Norfolk who are looking to recruit an Interim Estates Surveyor for a 3-6 month contract. The Interim Estates Surveyor will join an in-house property team and will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse estate with over 500 tenants and an investment portfolio valued at over £90 million. The portfolio includes industrial units, commercial businesses, retail units, multi-let offices, concessions, and leisure facilities.

Your new role
As an Interim Estates Surveyor, you will work alongside our existing Estates Surveyor, taking charge of the operational management of our extensive estate. Your responsibilities will include:

• Negotiating acquisitions, disposals, lettings/leases, and rent reviews
  
• Managing service charges
  
• Identifying opportunities to increase the value of the portfolio
  
• Generating new business opportunities
  

We are seeking a proactive individual who is comfortable handling low-value leases (£5k-£10k per annum) and who enjoys working out in the community.

What you'll need to succeed
As an Interim Estates Surveyor you will be RICS qualified and will be comfortable in dealing with a range of asset management duties such as rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions and disposals.
