Interim Equity Derivatives Lawyer - London

Simmons Adaptive are seeking an equity derivatives lawyer for a six-month interim transactional role based in their London office. You will work on a key client's equity derivatives transactions, including documentation such as share buybacks and margin loan agreements, under the guidance of a sponsoring Partner.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritising efficiently, meeting tight deadlines, and collaborating with the wider client team. A visa/Right to Work in the UK is required.
