Interim Deputy Headteacher Opportunity Special School, Devon Day Rate Start: ASAP Until End of Academic Year

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim Deputy Headteacher to join a Special School in Devon. The role will be starting immediately for the remainder of the academic year.

The school is preparing for an anticipated Ofsted inspection within the next 12 months and this is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving Quality of Education, Teaching & Learning, and securing sustainable improvement before inspection.

• Prepare the school confidently for Ofsted

You'll be joining a committed leadership team consisting of a Headteacher and two Assistant Headteachers. This is the school's first Deputy Headteacher post - a genuine opportunity to shape impact at senior level.

• QTS essential
• Proven secondary leadership experience
• Strong background in SEMH settings
• Track record of rapid school improvement
