Interim Culture & Change Lead - Public Sector Transformation

1st Executive Ltd is recruiting an experienced Transformation Change Manager to join a major transformation programme in Reading. You will shape and deliver a people-centric culture strategy across a large function, working with senior leadership to embed sustainable change.

The role requires strong delivery of culture and behavioural change, engaging stakeholders, designing communications, and establishing meaningful KPIs to measure progress. Eligibility for SC Clearance is required.
