Interim Contract & Legal Transaction Manager (Outside IR35)

4-month Assignment | 1 Day per Week Onsite | Start ASAP

We're looking for an experienced Interim Contract & Legal Transaction Manager to support a high-profile carve-out programme. This Outside IR35 engagement is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and can bring senior-level confidence and leadership to contract oversight and legal-aligned delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end management of contracts across multiple portfolios, covering both TSA and non-TSA categories.
• Drive contract actions through to completion - including novation, amendments, consents, replacements or exits - aligned with programme timelines.
• Coordinate organisational inputs required for legal entity setup, working closely with internal legal stakeholders.
• Track, manage and ensure completion of all transaction and carve-out documentation ahead of key signing milestones.

What You Bring

• Senior-level experience in contract management, procurement, commercial operations or legal-adjacent roles.
• Proven ability to operate in complex programmes or transactions, working with senior stakeholders and external legal advisors
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort handling high-volume, complex contract populations.
• Strong leadership presence - able to own delivery, drive progress, and maintain governance standards with limited oversight.
