Interim Commercial Contracts Lawyer

Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive are looking for commercial contracts lawyers to support our key clients at the firm on upcoming interim roles. We are keen to see applications from the full range of seniorities.

Person specification:

• You are a qualified lawyer with experience gained in-house or in private practice.
• You have experience reviewing, negotiating and drafting a range of commercial contracts.
• In-house financial services experience is particularly of interest.
• You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
• You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
• You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
• You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
• You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
