Interim CFO - PE-Backed B2B SaaS Turnaround Leader

A growing international payments software firm is seeking a hands-on Interim CFO to stabilize and elevate the finance function. This full-time role will last 6 to 9 months, with significant international travel expected. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a CFO in PE- or VC-backed B2B SaaS and strong familiarity with software economics. Responsibilities include establishing financial control and creating credible cash runways. The position is likely outside IR35 and ideally starts before the end of January 2026.
