Intensive Housing Manager: Tenancy & Support

STAR Housing, an arm's-length organisation, manages homes in Shropshire. The Intensive Housing Management Officer role delivers a person-centered housing management service to residents in temporary accommodation and independent living settings, helping sustain tenancies and support independence.

You will be the main contact, handle sign-ups and reviews, assist with rent and benefits, and work with partner agencies to provide joined-up support for vulnerable residents.
