Intellectual Property & Dispute Resolution

We are recruiting for a talented Associate to join a rapidly growing IP & Dispute Resolution team in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients across a wide range of industries, including life sciences, technology, and AI. As part of this dynamic team, you will gain exposure to strategically important cases, working on multi-jurisdictional matters and collaborating with colleagues from across the globe.

  • Advise clients on cutting-edge intellectual property and dispute resolution matters, focusing on issues affecting digital technologies, AI, and other transformative sectors.
  • Work on high-profile and high-stakes cases, including litigation in the Superior Courts and cases with international components.
  • Collaborate closely with an international team, gaining exposure to global IP and dispute matters.

The Role:
  • Provide expert advice to clients on intellectual property issues, including patents, trademarks, and design rights.
  • Assist with complex dispute resolution, handling cases across multiple jurisdictions, and collaborating with a cross-border team.
  • Advise on technology-related disputes, digital rights, and matters involving emerging technologies such as AI and data privacy.
  • Be involved in high-value litigation in both national and international jurisdictions.
The Person:
  • Qualified Solicitor with NQ - 5 years' PQE in IP or dispute resolution law.
  • Strong experience in managing both contentious and non-contentious IP matters.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and handle a diverse caseload.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A keen interest in emerging technologies and innovation in the legal space.
