What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners and architects to deliver new features and functionality
- Integrate new technologies to enhance platform performance and reduce latency
- Coordinate the delivery of complex technical components across teams and suppliers
- Manage stakeholder relationships, planning, resourcing, budgeting and governance
- Promote agile methodologies and empower teams to focus on the right problems
- Ensure product safety and resilience through backlog management and technical oversight

What you'll need:
- Proven experience delivering technical programmes across application and infrastructure within UK Financial services
- Solid understanding of the Software Delivery Life Cycle including service introduction
- Expertise in change delivery subject areas such as planning, budgeting and risk management
- A data-led approach to decision making and communicating complex ideas
- Experience leading agile teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and trust
- Confirmed ability to influence multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure progression of key business decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
