How you'll make an impact

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for driving integration processes from start to finish. You'll work closely with cross functional teams to ensure that business needs and technical solutions align perfectly. Here's how you'll contribute:

• Lead the end to end delivery of integration processes, ensuring all components work together seamlessly.
• Collaborate with teams across business, Salesforce, middleware, and external systems to align goals and deliver results.
• Oversee data flows, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Act as the primary point of accountability, resolving blockers and keeping projects on track.
• Ensure readiness for testing and production releases, maintaining compliance with governance and audit standards.

About you

We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex challenges. Here's what you'll bring to the role:

• Experience managing integration processes or coordinating cross functional IT/business projects.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, APIs, middleware, and system integrations (technical depth is a plus but not required).
• A knack for managing end to end processes and working with multiple teams and vendors.
• Strong communication skills-you'll be comfortable explaining complex issues in simple terms to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating testing and validation activities to ensure smooth system interactions.
• Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a bonus.
