Integration Manager (DMS)

We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based tech company. They are recruiting for an Integration Manager (DMS) to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining the DMS roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Leading partnerships initiatives, including vendor engagement
• Leading the change management process
• Supporting digital transformation initiatives
• Providing guidance, insight and expertise to the leadership team regarding DMS direction
• Ensuring compliance and data integrity
• Working closely with a range of internal stakeholders to understand requirements
• Troubleshooting the integrations between product and DMS

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in similar role in the automotive industry
• Experience working with Dealer Management Systems
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and processes
• Experience working with a ticket management system
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel, when required
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Ability to troubleshoot using XML, JSON, RESTful and SOAP APIs
