Insurance Trainer £650/day outside IR35

Contract Trainer to join a major transformation programme within a leading specialty insurance firm. This role will be instrumental in supporting the successful rollout of new systems, tools, and processes across underwriting, operations, and claims.

This is a high-profile contract position ideal for a training professional with deep insurance knowledge and a hands-on approach to delivering learning in a complex, fast-moving environment.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a trainer or L&D consultant on enterprise-scale transformation programmes.

• In-depth understanding of the specialty insurance sector - ideally London Market or global specialty lines.

• Strong instructional design and content creation skills, including use of digital learning tools.

• Comfortable working in agile and change-driven environments with multiple workstreams.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex systems and business processes.

Desirable Experience

• Familiarity with systems such as policy admin platforms, underwriting workbenches, or claims solutions.

• Exposure to regulatory training requirements within the insurance industry.

• Experience working with or alongside change management teams.
