Insurance Team Lead: Coach Talent & Elevate Service

Everywhen, part of the Ardonagh Group, is seeking an experienced Team Leader for our Heritage Team in Southampton. You will lead a small insurance team, provide day-to-day coaching, manage performance, and maintain first-class client service while working with the Team Director on client management and retention.

You'll develop people, respond to insurer and client queries, drive cross-selling and portfolio oversight, and ensure records comply with procedures.
