Insurance Customer Service Advisor Office-Based Training

NFU Mutual Agency in Halesworth is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join a small local team. The role is office based, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with the successful candidate acting as the first point of contact for customers face-to-face and on the phone.

You will handle enquiries, process insurance transactions, provide quotations and perform general office tasks while maintaining an excellent telephone manner and strong teamwork.
