I'm supporting a leading Irish insurance broker as they expand their Personal Lines team in Dublin. The primary base is South Dublin, but there is flexibility for candidates who prefer North Dublin.

They're open to speaking with both fully qualified (APA/CIP) and part qualified candidates who have started their exams and want a company that will support them through the rest. Salary will align with your qualification level and experience.

What you'll be doing

• Managing renewals, MTAs, client queries and retention
• Cross selling and up selling across Personal Lines products
• Completing all compliance, documentation and system updates accurately
• Liaising with clients, insurers and internal teams
• Supporting a collaborative, fast paced environment

What they're looking for

• APA qualified or at least 1 APA exam - CIP preferred
• Personal Lines insurance experience or general Irish Insurance experience
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer care skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Ability to work well in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Knowledge of Relay is an advantage
