Insurance Assistant - Belfast

Insurance Assistant needed to work with the Belfast City Council, based in Belfast City Centre. This is a full time temporary post for a minimum of 3 months, with possibility of extension. The hours of work will be 9:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £17.74 per hour. The successful candidate will start immediately.

The post holder will be reporting to the Insurance & Risk Manager and assisting in the provision of a full range of insurance service support duties, contribute to the provision of a quality insurance service, provide operational support to council departments, provide advice and guidance to a range of council staff on all aspects of insurance, liaise with council staff and insurance brokers/insurers under the direction of the Insurance & Risk Manager and updating and maintaining a range of databases.

What We Need From You
- Over one years Insurance Experience
- Certificate in Insurance Cert (CII) of the Chartered Insurance Institute
- Proficient in Microsoft systems
