What You'll Do:
As an Instructional Designer, you will play a vital role in crafting safety compliance training materials that resonate with learners. Your creativity and attention to detail will shine as you:

• Develop storyboards and scripts that captivate and inform.
• Edit videos and create interactive learning experiences.
• Build E-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
• Design visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for training sessions.

Required Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• 3+ years of content development experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Articulate Storyline or Camtasia.
• Proven video editing skills.
• Strong PowerPoint capabilities.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to define learning objectives.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
