Installations CoordinatorAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Installations Coordinator to join a growing organisation operating within the engineering and technical installations sector.
This is a key operational role responsible for coordinating installation projects from customer approval through to successful completion. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, suppliers and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
This position would suit an organised administrator, project coordinator or operations professional with excellent communication and planning skills.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate installation projects from quotation approval through to completion
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout each project
- Prepare and issue quotations, project documentation and customer correspondence
- Maintain accurate project records using CRM or job management software
- Schedule engineers and coordinate daily workloads
- Prepare job sheets and installation documentation
- Liaise with warehouse personnel to ensure materials are available before installation
- Arrange accommodation, travel and specialist equipment hire where required
- Monitor project budgets, timelines and progress
- Support weekly project planning meetings and provide project updates
- Maintain accurate administration and documentation throughout each installation
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Installations Coordinator, Operations Coordinator or Administration role
- Experience within engineering, construction, mechanical, electrical, facilities management or a technical environment is desirable
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Experience using CRM or job management software
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
- Commercial awareness and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously

This role is based in Mayo / Sligo and is easily commutable from Castlebar, Ballina, Westport, Claremorris, Swinford, Foxford, Ballyhaunis, Charlestown, Belmullet, Sligo Town, Collooney, Ballymote, Tubbercurry, Strandhill, Enniscrone, Tobercurry, Ballisodare and surrounding areas.
