Installation Supervisor

Elevation Recruitment Group's Engineering Services Division are supporting a well-established manufacturer based in West Yorkshire to recruit a hands on Installation Supervisor to join their high performing Installations projects team.The Installation Supervisor will be a hands on position while also overseeing on-site installation projects, and be responsible for managing small installation teams, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

The Installation Supervisor is customer site-based; the successful candidate will be expected to work away from home Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibilitiesfor the Installation Supervisor include:

• Supervise and coordinate site installation teams, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines
• Interpret and implement installation plans, technical drawings, and project specifications
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct daily site briefings, toolbox talks, and enforce RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statements)
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers to provide updates and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee the safe operation of tools, machinery, and equipment on-site

Education & Experience required for the Installation Supervisor:

• CSCS card
• SSSTS Site Supervisors' Safety Training Scheme
• Previous experience in site supervision and installations within construction or installation projects
• Strong understanding of installation processes and industry-specific equipment and tools (hand and power)
• UK Driving Licence (required).
• Additional certifications such as FLT, IPAF, Telehandler, PASMA are advantageous.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and RAMS.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
