Location: Bromsgrove base, with UK-wide site travel (Wessex region candidates also considered)
Salary: £42,000 - £50,000+ per year (inclusive of travel pay & overtime)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours, typically averaging 48+ with paid travel and overtime)

About the Role

We are looking for Install Electrical Engineers to join our growing team. This role will see you working on a wide range of industrial installation projects across the UK. Based from Bromsgrove (with consideration for candidates in the Wessex region), you will carry out installation, distribution, and control wiring tasks. This position requires UK-wide travel with regular stay-away, all accommodation and expenses provided.

What We're Looking For

To succeed as an Install Electrical Engineer, you will need:

• ECS Gold Card (essential)

• Strong industrial installation experience (containment, SWA glanding/terminations, LV distribution, MCCs, motors, control wiring)

• Willingness to travel and stay away from home (lodging provided)

• Full UK driving licence

Desirable skills/qualifications:

• Water Industry Mechanical & Electrical Specifications (WIMES) / water industry experience

• 2391 Testing & Inspection

• EUSR Water Hygiene (Blue Card)

• IPAF, PASMA, or Confined Space certification

• SSSTS (for lead roles)

• £18 - £22 per hour (DOE)

• OTE £42,000 - £50,000+ per year

• 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing with service:

• 25 days after 1 year
