Inspiring Community Nurse - Home Care (Part-Time)

HIOW Healthcare is seeking an inspirational nurse to deliver high-quality care in patients' homes within the community. You will work autonomously and as part of a team, managing a caseload and helping patients avoid hospital admissions.

You will be part of a team at Thomas Lewis House in Southampton, with shifts across 7 days, core hours and , and 1 in 4 weekends plus bank holidays. Training will be provided by Educators in Practice and the team.
