Job Description

REED Engineering & Manufacturing are working with a leading Engineering & Manufacturing Company

Inspector

Key Responsibilities

Inspecting Materials: Checking raw materials upon arrival and during production stages to prevent defects.
Testing Products: Using specialized tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to measure dimensions and test functionality.
Working with FLT's and crane to move materials throughout the site
Documentation: Recording inspection results, maintaining, and reviewing data for compliance.
Quality Compliance: Ensuring all items comply with industry-specific standards e.g. Aerospace, Nuclear and Oil & Gas etc.
Process Improvement: Collaborating with production teams to identify, report, and correct quality issues.

Experience of inspection would be highly advantageous within a engineering or manufacturing industry
