Insolvency Solicitor, Leicester - 3+ PQE

We are seeking an experienced Insolvency Solicitor to join a highly experienced team of lawyers and deal with a varied caseload of insolvency related matters, including both corporate and personal insolvency on behalf of a varied client base.

The Role

The appointed Solicitor will advise individuals, SMEs, large national and international organisations and insolvency practitioners on a variety of insolvency matters, both contentious and non contentious.

The Candidate

Applicants must have at least 3 years PQE in dealing with both contentious and non contentious insolvency matters, including both personal and corporate matters. Strong technical expertise in corporate restructure and advisory work is desirable.
