A leading insolvency specialist is seeking a talented Insolvency Partner to join their team in Birmingham and help drive growth in the area. As an experienced Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing technical guidance to the team and assisting with their caseload.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Acting as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner on a variety of corporate insolvency cases.
2. Providing technical guidance and support to the team.
3. Playing an active role in the marketing and growth plans for the firm.
4. Assisting with the training and development of team members.

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
2. Strong technical compliance skills and a thorough understanding of insolvency practices.
3. An existing network of loyal referrers is highly desirable.
