Insolvency Lawyer

Our client is seeking an Insolvency Solicitor/Associate 2-4 Years' PQE to join their highly regarded Dispute Resolution team. The firm provide a health cash plan, death in service plan, a generous holiday allowance with option to buy and sell plus lots more benefits.

The team engages in a diverse array of high-quality non-contentious advisory tasks and contentious insolvency disputes. Frequently, they manage assignments referred from both London and national practices in situations of conflict. The team boasts an extensive list of Insolvency Practitioner clients.

Insolvency Lawyer role:
Activities will be varied and will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Dealing with new client enquiries.
• Handling all aspects of corporate insolvency including administration appointments (both in court and out of court appointments), all court applications under insolvency legislation, providing advice to Ips, secured lenders and directors
• Dealing with all aspects of property related transactions in insolvency
• All aspects of personal insolvency
• Dealing with insolvency related litigation
• Maintain control of an allocated caseload to ensure that standards of matter conduct, file management, administration, time-recording and accounting are maintained
• Recognise the importance of cross selling and identify opportunities to refer work to other departments
• Attend networking and firm events
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
