Job Ref: 4864 Responsibilities

• Lead a well-established Insolvency and Restructuring team, advising clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, corporate restructurings, distressed transactions, enforcement strategies and turnaround solutions.
• Provide commercially focused legal advice across both formal and informal insolvency processes, acting as a trusted adviser to businesses, insolvency practitioners and other key stakeholders.
• Play a pivotal role in the strategic growth of the department by developing new client relationships, strengthening existing connections and identifying opportunities for cross-referral and wider business development.

Requirements

• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors in England and Wales with a minimum of 10 years' PQE and significant experience in Insolvency and Restructuring Law.
• The successful candidate will possess outstanding technical expertise across insolvency and related corporate and commercial matters, together with a proven track record of leading complex matters, building client relationships and delivering practical, commercial advice.
