Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Flexible (full-time 35 hours/week or part-time)
Salary: £32,001 - £36,000 per annum

As an Insight Manager , you'll deliver actionable insight for our clients. You'll work collaboratively as part of multiple project teams, proactively building client relationships and developing new business opportunities. You will be instrumental in leading projects from conception to delivery, ensuring our work is focused on client goals and high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery: Lead profitable insight projects to deliver high-quality, actionable insights for clients. Ensure research delivery is focused on client goals by overseeing the development of creative and fit-for-purpose research tools. Lead project teams through the MHM insight process, promoting a positive culture to get the best out of all involved.
- Business-Winning: Scope and design research projects to address client needs and maximise value. Take a leading role in developing and delivering research proposals and pitches to persuade potential clients. Maintain relationships with key clients to ensure we remain their go-to agency and understand the impact of our work.
- Internal: Take an active role in developing research skills in others across the team. Make a positive impact on MHM culture and team engagement by exemplifying our company behaviours. Explore new research methods and trends, identifying opportunities to trial and adopt new approaches.

Expect occasional travel to UK or overseas client locations.
