Your tasks:
Support for our existing customers in close collaboration with the external sales team and assistance in acquiring new customers.
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and online communication.
Lead management in collaboration with the external sales team.
Prepare and track quotations within given approval limits, and provide administrative support for contracts of all types.
Maintain CRM/ERP data and assist the external sales team in preparing market and customer information for internal reviews.
Provide administrative and organizational support for customer meetings.
Participate on trade fair and MVTec events.
Handle various administrative duties, including general office management, reception, and incoming mail.
You require:
You have an university degree or commercial training.
You are already experienced with B2B sales.
MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems are well known to you.
You have very strong Dutch and English communication skills.
Your heart beats for customer and relationship management.
Your communication skills, together with a structured and organized way of working, contributes to the team's sucess.
You are eager to learn and adapt to our our growing team in Utrecht.
