Inside Sales Executive - Reading

Permanent

Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 pa

Reading 3 days per week on site

Inside Sales Executive Main Goal

To meet or exceed the monthly sales targets by proactively promoting the businesses range of ICT, Content Services and MPS Solutions, build strong customer relationships in order to maximise the portfolio and lifetime value to the customer. The role will directly report to the Inside Sales Manager and will align within the sales organisational structure.

The focus market is both to existing and new business across all market sectors, Commercial, Corporate and Public Sector The role will ensure all existing and new sales opportunities utilise the entire portfolio of annuity or subscription services, hardware, software and professional services.

This desk based inside sales role will sell solutions, services and products to existing company customers as well as new logo to all areas, via the telephone, online meetings or written communications.

Inside Sales Executive Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales process from contact through to close
  • New Business focus
  • Proactive sales of selected Content Services, ICT and MPS Products & Solutions
  • Identify Decision makers within target customers & Prospects
  • Utilise full range of resource tools including but not limited to Bus Gen Support, marketing, social media platforms.
  • Responding to Service desk tickets eg Mobiles and T&M tickets.
  • Follow up on marketing run business campaigns
  • Call focussed targeted markets promoting key products and services
  • Direct responsibility of all Business Solutions renewals below £20K threshold.
  • Developing day to day relationships with key clients & stakeholders.
