Associate / Senior Associate - Healthcare & Public Law Liverpool

This industry renowned national law firm has an exciting opening in its specialist Inquests division for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate, this is part of its wider Healthcare & Public Law team in Liverpool.

This role offers the opportunity to work with NHS organisations and other health and social care providers, advising on a broad range of healthcare matters with a particular focus on inquests and advocacy. You will also gain exposure to Court of Protection matters, public law issues, investigations, patient safety concerns and wider healthcare regulatory work.

Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors or barristers with proven healthcare inquest experience, strong advocacy skills and excellent client relationship abilities.
