Innovative Sous Chef - Elevate University Dining

Compass Group UK&I is hiring a proactive Sous Chef for universities on a full-time basis. The role runs 37.5 hours per week and covers 34 weeks per year, based in the Newcastle upon Tyne area.

You will work with a passionate team to deliver high-quality, fresh ingredients and create exceptional food experiences for clients and students, while maintaining hygiene, budgets, and a strong brand image.
