Our team leads the creative Design Thinking idea generation process to develop new products and claims across all our markets, from China to the US, from Europe to Latin America. Opportunity at a glance: As the Global Innovation Capability Team Assistant you'll play a key role in driving growth for Haleon's business. You'll start by learning our approaches to brand building and innovation-led growth. You'll get immersed in how we understand our consumer's needs, and finally our design thinking ideation methods we use to generate product and claim ideas. You'll learn about our different brands across oral care, Over The Counter (OTC) and wellness categories, and the science behind the conditions they treat. Finally we'll teach you how we're applying Ai to all of the above, to accelerate and improve the quality and speed of our work.You'll then take all of this understanding to: Work on live innovation briefs spanning new products & claims projects Create new Ai-powered workflows Develop and deliver new Innovation Capability modules and training Manage many aspects of the team's logisticsThis role will help you witness how companies learn and grow their marketing skills in innovation. The role will have high levels of visibility across Haleon, giving you opportunities to present to large audiences around the world.As Ai is a key enabler where much of our time is spent developing exciting new ways of innovating, we're looking for people with an active passion, capability and curiosity with Ai, who are experienced with Ai platforms or building new Ai solutions, and applying it to improve how you work everyday.Key Responsibilities: Co-ordinate the Innovation Capability team, and key events throughout our annual calendar Manage timelines and coordination for priority initiatives (events, projects, developing and delivering new capabilities) Support product and claims innovation projects on global or local brands Develop new Ai workflows across consumer & scientific understanding, as well as new idea generation methods Education Requirements : We are looking for people with strong Ai skills (from effective prompting, experience using different platforms, success in improving workflows, even building Ai-powered bespoke solutions to challenges) We are interested in both + students pursuing data science degrees looking to apply Ai skills into real world business and commercial challenges + non-data science students (e.g. marketing, business, psychology, science) but with experience, passion & interest in applying Ai to their discipline If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree, you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university. Please ensure the role is suitable for your placement year.
