Real variety across the machines: You'll set and troubleshoot across a spread of machines from 35t to 250t, working with everything from PC and ABS to polypropylene, acrylic and PVC. Plenty to keep you developing. Your salary, benefits & hours of work Up to £38,000, including shift allowance 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (33 in total), matched pension up to 5% and a Medicash wellbeing platform (dental and optical cashback). Carry out safe, high-quality tool changes in line with the production schedule Set and optimise the injection moulding process to hit targets on new and existing products Troubleshoot and problem solve to get machines back up and running quickly Carry out basic machine and tool maintenance, including insert changes Manage dryers and temperature control ready for production runs Lead a small team of five machine operators across the shiftWhat you'll need to apply for the Injection Moulding Technician position Hands-on experience setting injection moulding machines Good communication and maths skillsInterested?
