We're looking for a technically strong and proactive 3rd Line Support Engineer with solid networking experience to join a thriving IT services team supporting schools across the UK. This is a great opportunity to use your technical expertise to make a real impact in the education sector.

What you'll do:

• Act as the senior technical escalation point for 2nd and 3rd line incidents, with a strong focus on network related issues
• Configure, deploy, and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure across multi site school environments
• Lead IT projects from planning to implementation
• Deliver on site and remote technical support and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing

What you'll bring:

• Proven hands on experience configuring and supporting network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless)
• Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, Hyper V, and Office365/Azure
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and confident decision making under pressure
• A customer first mindset with great communication skills
• A friendly, flexible, and team oriented approach
